Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to support our team on a PRN basis at Our Lady of Lourdes Women & Children s Hospital in Lafayette, LA
. This is a great opportunity to join a tenured, well-supported group that emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and professional fulfillment.

Position Highlights:

• Malpractice Covered
• Diverse case mix
  :
  Pediatrics, OB, ENT, General Surgery, Radiology, GI/Urology, and Orthopedics — no Cardiac, Neuro, or Transplant
• Reasonable call schedule
  : 1:7 rotation with guaranteed post-call day off. Call is beeper from home!
• Daily staffing
  : 6 CRNAs and 1 in-house MD (12-hour shifts, 24-hour coverage)
• Collaborative team
  : 8 CRNAs and 5 anesthesiologists working in a supportive, professional environment

Qualifications:

• Board certified
• New grads welcome! We provide mentorship and onboarding support.
• Enthusiasm for full-scope practice encouraged
