Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role located in Lafayette, LA. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations, lease management, rent collection, and property maintenance. Additional duties include coordinating repairs, managing owner relationships, overseeing compliance with regulations, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Qualifications- Property management expertise, including lease management, rent collection, and tenant relations
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in basic accounting reporting
- Knowledge of property regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with property management software Appfolio and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in property management or real estate is preferred
