The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience. You'll assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, providing knowledge and training that Sally Beauty offers. Bring your passion and personality, and we'll support you!

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to understand product knowledge and support customer service.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform duties as assigned.

Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting moderately heavy items, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
