We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available.

You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, help members with their purchases, and ensure carts are ready and available.
• Assist members with loading their vehicles and provide a great member experience.
• Handle club pick up orders, notify members of delays, offer alternatives, and ensure items are packaged and dispensed according to policy.
• Maintain safety of facility through safety sweeps, proper handling of merchandise, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Assist with member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, process purchases, handle payments, and use cash registers.
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist members with transporting items.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and co‑workers; communicate progress.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid.
