Overview

The Technical Sales Representative - Gulf Coast is responsible for promoting and selling High Purity Water Treatment Systems and Services across the Gulf Coast region. This position focuses on sectors such as Healthcare, Laboratory, Commercial, Light Industrial, and Light Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will work to maintain relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities
  • Sell Industrial and High Purity Water Services and Systems, including pre-treatment (multi-media filters, carbon, and softening), membrane technology (ultrafiltration / reverse osmosis), ion exchange resin services, operating contracts, service contracts, and aftermarket.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Gulf Coast market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
  • Perform needs assessments and develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain metrics for revenue growth, account retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel within the Gulf Coast territory for client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Utilize reporting and sales management tools and CRM software.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in technical or industrial products.
  • Strong understanding of water treatment systems and their applications.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Gulf Coast market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in account management and growing customer accounts.
  • Willingness to travel within the Gulf Coast territory for client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Ability to perform needs assessments and develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Familiarity with reporting and sales management tools and CRM software.
