ROLE

DESCRIPTION:

As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bradley Beck - State Farm Agent, you are responsible for providing Home & Auto Insurance quotes to prospective customers and conducting needs-based selling.

ENTRY LEVEL POSITION: Opportunity for advancement and development. If you’re looking for a career in Insurance and Financial Services, have great work ethic and excellent phone/communication skills, this position is for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Contact accounts to provide insurance quotes through phone, email and text.
  • Outbound calls to obtain prospective customers.
  • Obtain referrals and make pivots to additional insurance products based on customer needs.
  • Meet established marketing activities goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to completing tasks each and every day.
    • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
  • Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license.
