1-Tom Plumber – Lafayette is seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our emergency service team. We handle residential and light commercial service calls — no new construction or remodeling work. We’re built for fast response, clean and professional service, and supporting our technicians with 24/7 dispatch and team culture. This is a high-performance role with clear growth opportunities.

• Diagnose and complete plumbing repairs and fixture installation
• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Use Service Titan software for scheduling, estimates, and invoicing
• Keep service vehicle and equipment clean and maintained
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service response
• Attend weekly team training and Friday breakfast meetings
• Be the teammate everyone wants to work with — dependable, positive, and proud of your work

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license in the state of Louisiana.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
