Rite-Hite Service Technicians will install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. The position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment and is a primary customer contact.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
- Provide technical support to customers and sales force.
- Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment.
- Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a field environment.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
- Pre‑employment drug test, clean driving record, and DOT physical required.
