• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Proven leadership experience guiding principal-level initiatives
• A point of view, held loosely and defended well
• 9 years of Multitasking práctica, plus a hunger for what's next

The scrappy team behind Property Partners Inc chose Lafayette on purpose, betting that great technology work doesn't need a coastal zip code. Giving and receiving direct feedback is a skill we practice openly across every level.

We pair $121,000 - $189,000 with a seasoned mentor, so your People Management sharpens fast while the benefits quietly take care of everything else.

This one is current, freshly dated, and very much hiring.
