Office location:
Shared between Columbus and LaGrange offices.

Coverage area:
Troup, Harris, and Muscogree Counties.

Schedule:

PRN – approximately 2–3 full days of visits.

• Communicate with patients to evaluate their levels of speech or language difficulty, determining the need for continued therapy services.
• Teach patients how to make sounds and improve their voices.
• Teach alternative communication methods, such as sign language, to patients with little or no speech capability.
• Educate and guide healthcare team members, patients, and caregivers in specific aspects of therapeutic exercises to support continued progress outside of direct therapy sessions.
• Document appropriate progress and clinical notes noting patient’s response to therapy, and submit visit documentation per Agency policy.

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Minimum of one (1) year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Speech Language Pathologist by the state in which practicing.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.

Adoration Home Health / Bright Spring Health Services, an affiliated company who employs those individuals working for Adoration Home Health, recently acquired certain LHC Group home health and hospice operations and is recruiting candidates for open positions within those operations. The successful candidate will initially be employed by LHC Group until January 1, 2026, at the latest. During this period, LHC Group will perform all administrative onboarding activities and offer benefits coverage under LHC Group employee benefit plans.

On or before January 1, 2026, the successful candidate’s employment will be transferred to Adoration Home Health / Bright Spring Health Services. At all times, Adoration Home Health / Bright Spring Health Services will make all hiring decisions regarding and will supervise and direct the work of the successful candidate.
