Job DescriptionThe Staff Dietitian is a member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy to patients. The role involves collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to assess nutritional needs, develop and implement nutrition care plans, and provide nutrition education.
Responsibilities- Master’s degree in nutrition or a related field from an accredited institution
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
- At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian in a clinical setting
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience with electronic medical record charting systems and food service software
- Knowledge of best practices in clinical nutrition and dietetics
- Experience with the Nutrition Care Process in complex clinical cases
