EHS Specialist – Hogansville, GA

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an EHS Specialist based in Hogansville, GA. The EHS Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards. Day‑to‑day tasks include monitoring workplace safety, conducting safety training sessions, identifying potential hazards, investigating incidents, reporting findings, and creating preventive measures. Additionally, the role involves overseeing risk assessments, ensuring adherence to occupational health standards, and fostering a culture of safety in the workplace.

• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Occupational Health standards and regulations
• Experience with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Workplace Safety practices
• Proficiency in designing and conducting Safety Training programs
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to assess risks and proactively implement safety measures
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA certification) are required.
• Familiarity with state and federal EHS regulations is highly desirable
