Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) seeks an NP/PA PM&R Clinician to deliver PM&R services at a designated SNF/post-acute rehab setting in LaGrange, GA. This is a 16-hour, part-time W2 role with hours around 9 AM–4 PM and weekday coverage.
You will work closely with the post-acute therapy team, PCPs, and SNF staff to improve function and patient outcomes, with opportunities for professional growth and leadership development within CRC.
