- Lead and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards and operational efficiencies are met or exceeded.
- Implement and manage inventory processes with Housekeeping Supervisors.
- Drive, review, and ensure proper completion of the work order process.
- Assist the Director in reviewing and planning related to NPS scores and guest comments.
- Implement the Director's financial strategy to manage budget, labor, and operating expense forecasts.
- Ensure proper staffing/budgeting levels are maintained for Housekeeping Supervisors and all Pack Members.
- Train new Pack Members and provide ongoing development for current staff.
- Manage and drive training and development of supervisors.
- Communicate expectations and alignment to Great Wolf values through inspections and daily stand‑up meetings.
- Ensure timely completion of the performance appraisal process and identify key talent opportunities.
- Model Great Wolf guest service standards of excellence and handle guest requests professionally and promptly.
- Continuously elevate housekeeping guest service focus.
- Participate in the Manager On Duty Program.
- Address and resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual safety and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with the Director of Engineering to meet fire chief and state fire inspector standards.
- Conduct and monitor Hazard Communications Programs twice yearly.
- Investigate, report, and record inappropriate behavior by staff, guests, or suspicious persons.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of hospitality experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience with labor management scheduling.
- Proven leadership of diverse teams.
- Strong analytical, planning, and change implementation abilities.
- Effective conflict resolution, coaching, development, and team‑building skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Housekeeping experience, preferably at a resort or large hotel.
- Charismatic leader who adapts style to motivate employees and overcome challenges.
- Inspires and motivates team members toward success beyond expectations.
- Demonstrates a thorough, analytical approach to task execution.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
- Ability to bend, stretch, and twist.
- Capable of tolerating exposure to cleaning chemicals.
$65,000 per year (annual base salary).
Other compensation may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and additional perks.
