Chromalloy is a global engineering & solutions company that develops, manufactures and repairs critical turbine components for aircraft engines and gas turbines. The company’s solutions support the aerospace, energy and defense industries worldwide.

Operator is responsible for performing processes to thermally apply pack aluminide coatings tasks as a part of a team to manufacture and repair gas turbine engine components. The regular schedule for this position is 11:00 pm–7:30 am (Sun.–Thu.).

• Perform tasks such as A12 retort packing, A12 furnace load, spray coating application, abrasive blasting, and monitoring coating application and adhesion per work instructions and customer specifications.
• Execute additional tasks such as assembly, disassembly, vibratory tumble, blending, peening, grit blast, and masking/prep in accordance with work instructions and customer specifications.
• Operate in accordance with plant safety rules and maintain highest quality standards in all assigned work.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all machines and other routine labor work as required in accordance with production flow.
• Prepare necessary quality documents and confirm quality of own work using inspection tools in accordance with product specifications, blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Adhere to all 5S/CPEX policies and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.

• High school diploma or GED with strong shop mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, and fractions).
• Preferred on‑the‑job experience of 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions, read, and interpret supplemental work instructions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
