Southern Health Partners is looking for a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Troup County Jail.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a safe and secure correctional setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed orders
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
• Respond to routine and urgent healthcare needs
• Recognize changes in patient condition and take appropriate action
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Provide professional, compassionate care while maintaining appropriate boundaries

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia
• Current CPR certification
• Previous correctional healthcare or nursing experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Dependable and professional approach to patient care
• Commitment to providing quality healthcare in a secure environment
