Role:
The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive team member responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:Performs the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice and critical thinking to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, engaging patients and families through effective communication and education. Coordinates safe care delivery, documents accurately, and promotes a respectful, inclusive clinical environment. Supports performance improvement initiatives, participates in research activities, and upholds organizational policies and safety standards.
Assists in developing protocols, promotes resource efficiency, and plans for patient care across the continuum.
Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with a valid RN license (single or multi-state), and BLS certification. A minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience is required. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and critical thinking skills, with proficiency in technology and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
