The Asset Protection Associate focuses on ensuring the safety and security of associates, customers, and merchandise. The role involves investigating incidents, applying critical thinking, and addressing complex problems.

• Conduct investigations of incidents and loss events.
• Analyze information and develop solutions to protect assets.
• Maintain visibility of store activity and respond to security concerns.
• Identify and enforce safety and compliance measures.
• Collaborate with store staff for incident resolution.
• Prepare incident reports and documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
