Position OverviewThe P&C Sales Representative is responsible for providing insurance solutions to both new and existing customers, in person and over the phone. This role blends sales, customer service, and relationship management, with a strong focus on accuracy, retention, and compliance. You will apply strategies learned through company‑provided training while consistently working toward performance goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities- Provide Property & Casualty insurance solutions (auto, home, and commercial products) to new and existing customers, both in person and over the phone.
- Participate in ongoing outbound and inbound customer campaigns to present coverage options for auto, home, and commercial insurance, and close those sales.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service, including assisting with billing and payment inquiries, providing policy and coverage information, supporting customers through the claims process, proactively contacting customers for renewals and coverage reviews, accurately verify insurance information to support customer retention.
- Attend ongoing training to stay current on internal policies, product updates, and state and industry compliance requirements.
- Active Georgia Property & Casualty license (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑service mindset with a sales‑driven approach.
- Proficiency with computers and typing.
- Proactive, reliable, and team‑oriented.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and presentation.

You must have an active P & C sales License. Please include the city you reside in and that you have an active P & C sales License in Georgia on your resume.
