• Deliver exceptional customer service and telephone etiquette, aiming to exceed department and property goals.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with precision, including folios, invoicing, and billing.
• Innovate and solve guest-related challenges, always striving to surpass expectations.
• Collaborate seamlessly with department leaders and associates to personalize the guest experience.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our services and local surroundings to assist guests effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in hotel operations.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS for at least two years.
• Basic math skills for accurate billing and account handling.
• Proficiency in English communication; advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

This role involves standing and walking for much of the day, with the ability to lift up to 15 lbs. Regular tasks include bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching.
