Hotel Housekeeping
There is a moment each day in Laguna Beach when the light turns gold, the Pacific exhales, and the pace of the world simply slows. At Casa Loma Beach Hotel
, we’ve built an entire philosophy around that moment — and we’re looking for someone with the quiet confidence and meticulous eye to bring it to life, one guest room at a time.
This is not housekeeping. This is theater. This is the final, exquisite flourish that transforms a well-appointed room into an unforgettable sanctuary.
What You’ll Orchestrate- Transform guest rooms each evening into serene retreats — soft linens turned back, lighting dimmed just so, the world outside hushed to a whisper
- Curate small, thoughtful touches — a chilled bottle of water, a handwritten note, a chocolate placed with precision — that turn a stay into a story guests tell for years
- Anticipate the unspoken needs of discerning travelers, moving through spaces with the grace of someone who understands that true luxury lives in the details
- Maintain an impeccable standard of presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance befitting a coastal retreat steps from some of California’s most celebrated shoreline
- Collaborate seamlessly with our housekeeping and guest services teams to ensure every room tells the same elegant story
- An eye for detail that borders on the obsessive — in the best possible way
- A calm, graceful presence and genuine warmth, even when working unseen
- Prior hospitality or housekeeping experience preferred, but a passion for craftsmanship matters more
- The ability to work evenings, as the magic happens when the sun goes down
- A love for quiet excellence over loud applause
Perched along one of the most artistically rich coastlines in America, Laguna Beach has long been a muse to painters, poets, and wanderers chasing the perfect sunset. Our hotel borrows that same creative spirit — a boutique property where Spanish Colonial architecture meets barefoot elegance, and where the Pacific breeze is practically part of the design plan.
Working at Casa Loma means joining a close-knit team that treats hospitality as a craft, not a checklist. We believe in doing small things extraordinarily well, in taking pride in the unseen, and in creating moments of genuine delight for guests who could be anywhere in the world — and chose us.
If you find beauty in order, satisfaction in precision, and joy in creating a perfect ending to someone’s day, we’d love to meet you.
