Mobius is redefining how humans and intelligent systems interact. We are seeking an exceptional Front‑End Systems Architect to design programmable, AI‑aware web environments capable of hosting agentic and self‑adaptive applications.

You will craft the user‑facing architecture for next‑generation AI economies‑interfaces where humans, agents, and digital marketplaces collaborate in real time.

• Build composable, framework‑agnostic web components using the latest standards (Custom Elements, ES Modules, HTMX‑style enhancements).
• Engineer architectures that support real‑time collaboration between users and autonomous AI agents over Web Sockets, Web Workers, and HTTP/2 streams.
• Define client–server interaction models optimized for neuro‑symbolic AI workloads—contextual reasoning, learning, and adaptation on the edge.
• Create a developer SDK that allows building intelligent, adaptive applications using native web APIs instead of heavy, restrictive frameworks.
• Integrate Web Assembly modules (Rust, C, Zig, or Go) to accelerate computation‑heavy visualizations and local reasoning loops.
• Implement client‑side caching and synchronization strategies for distributed graphs and decision engines.
• Lead creation of open, AI‑composable UI frameworks that support dynamic schema and real‑time data introspection.
• Build privacy‑ and provenance‑aware telemetry systems where every interaction can be auditable yet anonymous.
• Design adaptive UIs capable of context awareness—applications that reconfigure themselves around user intent and AI feedback.
• Partner with UX researchers and designers to establish a systemic design language for AI experiences—human‑centered, composable, and measurable.
• Translate cognitive‑load research and ergonomics into interaction metrics for continuous optimization.
• Prototype immersive, explainable interfaces for complex AI decisioning—visual reasoning graphs, collaborative dashboards, conversational work spaces.

• 10–15 years of front‑end and systems programming experience, including at least 5 years in a Principal or Distinguished Engineer role for a major technology product or platform.
• Demonstrated success architecting AI‑integrated or data‑intensive interfaces at global scale (finance, analytics, cloud, or creative AI products).
• Strong background in Computer Science, Human–Computer Interaction, or Cognitive Systems (advanced degree preferred).
• Credible record of OSS contributions, patents, or conference presentations on web performance, distributed UI systems, or AI visualization.
• Proven ability to lead teams that merge applied AI, design systems, and large‑scale front‑end infrastructure.
• Operate comfortably at the intersection of AI research, distributed systems, and product design.
• Demonstrated history of end‑to‑end ownership—from whiteboard architecture to deployed, scaled, and monitored systems.
• Strong communication skills, ability to influence senior leadership, and passion for mentoring other architects.
• Commitment to building technology that advances both capability and integrity in the emerging AI‑driven economy.
