Job Description – FOH Team Leader

Reports to:

General Manager

As a FOH Team Leader at Zinc, you bring hospitality to life by connecting with guests and supporting a smooth service flow. This role combines urgency with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction contributes to a relaxed, premium casual experience.

FOH Team Leaders are expected to take pride in their work, maintain strong communication with teammates, and embody Zinc’s values in every shift.

• Deliver hospitality and create personalized guest experiences.
• Work with urgency and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and pride in the workspace.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practices.
• Complete assigned shift duties reliably.

• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Relevant experience required based on role.
• Food Handler’s Certification required (RBS also required for FOH alcohol service and GM).
• Self-starter with sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 lbs as needed.
