This position requires prior experience as a Lead Line Cook/Kitchen Supervisor and AM shift availability.

The soul of the menu is our house‑made pasta that we roll, cut and cook by hand everyday. Prepares food to order according to recipe, procedures, quality and speed levels. Supervises kitchen personnel under the direction of the Chef. In the absence of the Chef is responsible for supervision of all kitchen personnel.

Being a team player, having strong communication skills, basic arithmetic abilities, and the willingness to support your teammates are all necessary qualities for success in this role.
