• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar role within the mortgage industry.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting processes, and regulations.
• Active NMLS license and familiarity with state and federal lending laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in mortgage software and CRM systems.
