We are currently looking to add a detail oriented, client focused Client Services and Account Support Specialist to our in-office team.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Services & Account Support Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for client onboarding and ongoing account support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, communicating with clients, and taking ownership of processes from start to finish. You’ll play an important role in helping clients feel confident and supported while ensuring all paperwork is handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with LPL Financial and regulatory standards.
WhatYou'll Do
- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit paperwork for new client accounts
- Manage account transfers (ACATs) from initiation through completion
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with firm and regulatory requirements
- Serve as the primary contact for client questions related to forms, documentation, and account maintenance
- Communicate regularly with clients—especially by phone—to walk them through paperwork and next steps
- Explain processes clearly and confidently, creating a positive and supportive client experience
- Maintain well-organized and accurate records of client paperwork and communications
- Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure timely submissions
- Assist with compliance reviews and audits as needed
- Provide data entry, filing, and preparation of client correspondence
- Support day-to-day operations with additional administrative tasks as needed
You’ll work with a variety of systems, including:
- Microsoft Word
- Basic Microsoft Excel
- CRM software (Wealthbox experience is preferred)
- Ability to pass a FINRA criminal background check with fingerprints
- Prior experience in financial services, client service, or paperwork processing strongly preferred
- Familiarity with LPL Financial or similar brokerage platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities from start to finish
