We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented journey-level Finish and Trim Carpenter to join our team of dedicated professionals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the finish and trim carpentry installation processes for custom high-end residential projects, ensuring a level of craftsmanship and quality that meets our clients  expectations.

• Execute detailed finish and trim carpentry with precision, including interior/exterior doors, window/door casings, cabinetry, built-ins, mantels, stairs, ceilings, baseboards, crown, wainscoting.
• End product exhibits: joints & seams — tight miters and consistent reveals with no gaps.
• Profiles & lines: maintain same profiles throughout, straight and level.
• Exceptional prep, finish, and fit.
• Ensure structural integrity and adherence to design specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.
• Unload cabinetry and materials at the job site and stage items for installation.
• Utilize hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and installing materials.
• Collaborate with other job site tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain an organized, hazard-free work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Utilize software to record project progress and attendance.
• Consistently display an exceptional work ethic.

• Proven Finish and Trim Custom Carpentry experience in high-end residential homes.
• Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to perform the physical demands as required by the carpentry profession.

• Must have a vehicle and a current driver s license.
• Must be able to report to different job sites as needed.
