We are seeking a detail-oriented Finish and Trim Carpenter Apprentice to join our team of dedicated professionals.

The ideal candidate will have basic skills and experience in finish and trim carpentry installation for residential projects.

• Assist with the execution of detailed finish and trim carpentry with precision, including interior/exterior doors, window/door casings, cabinetry, built‑ins, mantels, stairs, ceilings, baseboards, crown, wainscoting.
• Learn from the senior team how to accomplish:
• Joints & seams:
  Tight miters and consistent reveals — no gaps
• Profiles & lines:
  Same profiles throughout, straight and level
• Exceptional prep, finish, and fit
• Ensure structural integrity and adherence to design specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.
• Unload cabinetry and materials at the job site and stage items for installation.
• Utilize hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and installing materials.
• Collaborate with other job site tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain an organized, hazard‑free work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Utilize software to record project progress and attendance.
• Consistently display an exceptional work ethic.

• Basic skills and experience in finish and trim carpentry
• Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to perform the physical demands as required by the carpentry profession.

• Must have a vehicle and a current driver's license.
• Must be able to report to different job sites as needed.
