Pay:
Up to $27.00 per hour, based on Montessori training and experience
We are looking for a happy, positive, and enthusiastic Lead Montessori Teacher who genuinely loves working with children and wants to be part of a warm, supportive school community.
Our school believes that children thrive when their teachers are happy, supported, and valued. Qualifications- Have completed a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units
- Have completed Montessori teacher training or currently be in the process of completing Montessori training
- Have experience working in a Montessori or preschool classroom
- Genuinely love and enjoy working with children
- Be warm, patient, nurturing, dependable, and positive
- Have strong classroom management skills using kind and respectful guidance
- Understand and support the Montessori philosophy
- Be able to maintain a peaceful, organized, and engaging Montessori classroom
- Communicate warmly and professionally with parents
- Work well with assistant teachers, administration, and other staff members
- Be dependable, organized, responsible, and professional
- Have a desire to continue learning and growing as a Montessori educator
Up to $27.00 per hour, depending on Montessori training, education, classroom experience, and qualifications.
Candidates with completed Montessori training and strong Montessori classroom experience may qualify for the highest end of the pay range.
