• Excellent pay, for every hour worked ($45-65 including tips). Guests are prompted through our technology to leave a 20%+ tip when checking out, resulting in higher, more frequent tips.
• 1 free Mid Squeeze (50-minute massage) a month
• At Squeeze, all add-ons are complimentary. That means no quotas or upselling!
• Continuing Education stipend up to $200 per year
• Flexible schedules & number of hours worked (4, 6.5, or 8 hour shifts)

Our suites were designed with therapists in mind, with everything intuitively organized, padded flooring, heated hydraulic tables, towel warmers, and a luxurious amount of space to move around

Linens and supplies are provided, and laundry and shop cleaning are taken care of by professional services

• Licensed/certified in California
• Expertise in Swedish and Deep Tissue
• Passionate about delivering a personalized massage and adjusting to your guest’s needs
• Available to work at least 10 hours a week
• Must be available to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
