We
Offer:
- Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on memberships sold and paid out monthly
- Potential to earn commission while shadowing other sales associates during training

Available shifts include:
- Monday to Friday: 6:30-12:00
- Monday to Friday: 12:00-4:00
- Monday to Friday: 4:00-9:30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 1:30-7:30 pm
Requirements:
- Genuine desire to promote positivity and provide excellent service
- Team-player attitude
- Excellent attendance record
- Evening and weekend availability
Responsibilities include:
- Selling memberships confidently in a commission-based environment
- Reaching out to leads via CRM with high energy
- Promoting sauna benefits and membership value
- Booking reservations and follow-up appointments
- Making members feel relaxed and welcomed
- Conducting studio tours for guests
- Answering questions about services and facilities
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the studio
