Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people.

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
• No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training:
  • All employees will receive hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy
  • Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.
  • Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support

• We offer flexibility to choose shifts within our Saturday and Sunday schedules

• Monday through Friday 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Monday through Friday 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Saturday and Sunday 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Saturday and Sunday 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based environment
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain a clean facility and turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
