Creative STEAM Academy is a homeschool nonprofit learning center offering TK–8th grade programs that blend academic rigor with project-based, hands-on learning. We are launching a new STEM + AI Technology program and are looking for an innovative educator or curriculum developer to lead the initiative from the ground up.

• We’re seeking someone who is both visionary and practical—ready to develop and implement a cutting-edge AI & STEM curriculum tailored for elementary, middle and eventually high school students.
• Designing and piloting STEM & AI-based curriculum (robotics, coding, machine learning fundamentals, ethics of AI, etc.).
• Integrating project-based learning with real-world applications.
• Collaborating with our leadership team to establish program goals, materials, and structure.
• Teaching or training teachers to deliver the program.
• Staying current with AI/tech trends and adapting curriculum accordingly.

• Background in STEM education, computer science, engineering, or AI technology.
• Background in Education
• Teaching Credential
• Experience in curriculum design and development.
• Passion for hands-on, project-based learning.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• (Bonus) Experience with homeschool, enrichment, or charter programs.
