LHH is seeking an experienced Sr. HR Generalist to join our client's growing team. This role will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, ensuring compliance, and supporting a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to leadership while maintaining hands‑on involvement in day‑to‑day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and manage HR programs, policies, and procedures
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Administer benefits programs and support payroll processing
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now (WFN) for HRIS and payroll functions
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong generalist background
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in a mid‑sized organization (150–300 employees)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
