Position: Personal Banker

Location: Lahaina, HI

Pay: $57,000 to $61,000/year plus sales incentives

Experience:

1–2 years in frontline banking, financial services, retail, or business banking

Prior frontline banking or equivalent experience

Prior experience building client relationships

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent related experience

Type: Full-time;
Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM;
Friday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM (hours may vary)

Job Description:

Act as a trusted financial advisor to a dedicated portfolio of clients, focused on retaining and growing relationships

Lead needs-based financial conversations and recommend deposit, lending, and wealth products

Connect clients with specialists in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Business Banking, Mortgage Banking, and more

Support branch operations as needed

Work toward individual and branch sales goals

Handle confidential client information professionally and discreetly

Be a collaborative team player across banking disciplines

Position Requirements:

Basic understanding of accounting, finance, financial statements, and cash flow

Branch operations knowledge or experience preferred

State of Hawaii Life and Health License

Valid driver’s license, as some travel may be required

Must obtain NMLS certification and MLO registration within 6–12 months of hire

Must complete company training in retail lending, deposit products, and branch operations within 6–12 months of hire

Engaging, customer-focused, and motivated by goals

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
