Star Noodle is an award-winning restaurant for over a decade offering fresh noodles, sake cocktails and Asian-inspired share plates. • Has experience working in customer service and/or the food service industry
• Day Shifts

• Has a reputation for giving great service to guests and coworkers
• Is enthusiastic about sharing our exceptional service standards with our guests
• Can maintain a pleasant smile and demeanor throughout the shift
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time, is efficient and moves with the proper urgency required by the business
• Is self motivated, especially under pressure
• Communicates Aloha in person and over the phone
• Is able to pass and practice the TiPS training course

• Makes eye contact and greets guests with authentic enthusiasm each time they are in contact with a guest
• Treats customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect
• Answers the phone with a smile and takes to-go orders as needed
• Can lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Can communicate effectively to both customers and co-workers during busy periods
• Clears and cleans tables in an orderly, quiet and efficient fashion that meets our standard within 2 minutes as a consistent standard
• Restocks supplies and dishes throughout the shift
• Communicates to supervisors when help is needed to maintain customer service
• Is knowledgeable of the menu and able to answer guests questions
• Helps hostess seat guests as needed
• Helps servers deliver beverages when available
• Positively responds to requests for assistance from co-workers and guests
• Takes initiative to help in any area of the restaurant when slow
