This role offers an hourly rate of $32.50 with training and a comprehensive benefit package.

• Answer owner questions regarding property use and location amenities; make recommendations based on information obtained through discovery.
• Follow up on referrals and leads from owners.
• Fulfill requests for pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
• Contact owners to monitor satisfaction, inform them of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities such as reloads and referrals.
• Maintain records of customer contacts to support effective follow‑up opportunities.

• Welcome and greet all guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Maintain an active real‑estate license in good standing where mandated by law.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
