Position: Linkage Marketing Coordinator (up to $2000 Incentive *Potential)

Hourly Rate: $16.00

Our Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach location in Lahaina, HI is looking for a Linkage Marketing Coordinator to join the Sales & Marketing team.

Pay: $16 per hour with production pay. The annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for this role in 2024 was between $34,796 and $127,018. (UNCAPPED commission & bonuses)

Schedule: Hours range from 7 am to 8 pm (shifts typically 7 am‑1:30 pm and 1:30 pm‑8 pm), rotating shifts, 5 days per week. Must be flexible and open to working weekends, holidays.

Sign-On Bonus Potential
  • Up to $2,000 sign‑on bonus based on timeshare experience.
    • With 1 year of timeshare experience: $1,000 after 45 days, $1,000 after six months.
  • Without timeshare experience: $500 after 45 days, $500 after six months.

Typical Day / Responsibilities
  • Engage with hotel guests at desk locations and provide elevated customer service.
  • Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
  • Deliver the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentation and volume production goals.
  • Ensure all guests meeting a sales presentation are eligible and open to learning about products and services.
  • Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Guest Experience & Company Standards
  • Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience; enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Position may require background and drug screening per state and local requirements.
  • Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
