Location: Lahaina, HI

Pay: $23/hour

Experience: Previous general labor experience preferred.

Education: High School Diploma.

Type: Full-time;
Contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Employers Options is seeking a General Laborer to join a growing and dynamic team!



Job Description :

• Perform a variety of manual and physical tasks as assigned by Land and Water Managers.
• Load and unload materials and equipment safely.
• Assist in waterline repairs and related infrastructure tasks.
• Clear land and assist with landscaping duties.
• Dig trenches for waterlines and irrigation systems.
• Clean and maintain ditches, intakes, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Support machinery cleaning and upkeep.
• Move tools, materials, and supplies between worksites as needed.

Position Requirements :

• Ability to perform physically demanding labor in outdoor environments.
• Skilled in safe material handling, digging, and general site maintenance.
• Experience using basic tools and machinery for landscaping or construction.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to follow instructions.
• Works well in a team setting and communicates effectively.
