Quality Operative; Night Shift

An opportunity has become available for an additional Quality Operative to join their Processing Facility on the night shift at their Dingwall facility. Ideally suited to someone currently working in food production or on a processing line, this role offers the chance to broaden your experience and move into a quality-focused position while supporting the highest standards of food safety and product excellence.

• Monitor product quality and food safety throughout the production process.
• Complete and maintain all quality documentation and records to the required standard.
• Ensure products meet company and customer specifications.
• Investigate, report, and support the resolution of quality concerns.
• Carry out environmental and product swabbing in line with the testing schedule.
• Promote and uphold food safety, health & safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

• Experience of working either on a production line or within a similar quality focussed role,ideally withina food processing environment.
• Good understanding of food safety and quality requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks.

• Competitive hourly rate of £15.02 per hour.
• Overtime paid at £22.53 per hour after 40 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday night shift starting from 6pm
• Guaranteed 37.5 hours' pay per week, even during periods of reduced production volume, subject to no unauthorised absence being undertaken.
• Enhanced holiday leave of 30 per year after 12 weeks in post.
