Inn Orlando Disney Area - Director Finance

Join our team as a Director of Finance at Aimbridge Hospitality.

Pay Rate $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

As Director of Finance, you’ll guide budgeting, forecasting, profit reporting and audit compliance for our lively hotel, and serve as a key member of the Executive Committee.

• Produce monthly P&L and budget reports and keep stakeholders informed.
• Plan and forecast budgets and manage CAPEX to maximize profits.
• Maintain payroll, audits and cash management and protect assets.
• Lead and develop the finance team and foster collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years in financial leadership, or comparable progressive hotel finance experience.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, P&L reporting, account reconciliation and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, POS/PMS systems and strong leadership and communication abilities.
