About the job: The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring accurate overnight audit, maintaining security and providing guest service while preserving cleanliness and teamwork.

• Prepare and submit overnight audit reports accurately and on time.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with hospitality and urgency.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace, including front and back of house.
• Follow security protocols and lock exterior entrances as required.
• Handle incoming mail and record mail information.
• Assist with shift handover reports and operational checklists.
• Collaborate with team members to provide consistent service and support events.

• Preferred experience in hospitality, service, or related field.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow guidelines.
• Ability to handle stressful, high‑pressure situations.
• Conflict resolution and listening skills.
• Hospitality and guest service orientation.
• Minimum age 18.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must clock in/out on time and never work off‑clock.

• Stand or remain in a stationary position for long periods.
• Operate computers, phones, and perform data entry.
• Lift and transport supplies up to 25 pounds.
• Inspect details at close and long range.
• Work in moderate noise level environments.

• Read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
