The beautiful, family‑friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a Full‑Time Banquet Set‑Up Supervisor to join the team. The property offers over 120,000 sq. ft. of modern, flexible event space for gatherings of all sizes, equipped with advanced technology and exclusive Disney access. It features 1,000+ rooms, luxury suites, and amenities, and is connected to Disney Springs® via a pedestrian skybridge for a magical vacation experience.

Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work flexibly between the hours of 12 pm and 2 am, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay Rate: $15.96 per hour.

• A Banquet Set‑Up Supervisor hires, trains, and directs the banquet staff in planning and setting up all banquet space to ensure successful functions and repeat business.
• Works with guests and hotel team members to ensure high‑quality and cleanliness standards of all meeting rooms and pre‑function space.
• Supervises and conducts the set‑up, breakdown, and service of all conference meeting rooms.
• Develops checklists and cleaning schedules to ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance of meeting space.
• Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate Banquet Houseperson team.
