In this dynamic role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, assisting guests with their luggage, providing directions, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. Your enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a lively resort environment.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling to ensure a smooth check‑in process
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options to enhance guest experience
- Assist guests with their luggage during check‑in, check‑out, and throughout their stay as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area and luggage storage space to uphold our high standards of guest service
- Coordinate with front desk staff to facilitate guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Support guest relations by addressing inquiries courteously via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi‑line phone system skills
- Assist with transportation arrangements such as shuttles or taxis, ensuring timely service for all guests
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred but not required; a passion for delivering exceptional guest service is essential
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Strong knowledge of hotel management procedures, guest services, and resort operations will be advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including multi‑line phone systems and phone etiquette
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
