IT Project Manager, IT Consultant
Role Overview
As part of the Assurance Product and Program Development team, you will leverage modern technologies to build and enhance systems that improve safety, reduce risk, increase operational efficiency, and support compliance across Facilities & Operations Services (FOS) and other safety‑critical business areas. In this role, you will oversee the development, configuration, and deployment of system technologies and pilot programs, while also driving improvements and advancements to existing tech‑enabled initiatives.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of technical project management experience within Engineering or Information Technology, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- Working knowledge of tools and platforms such as Service Now, Smart Sheet, SharePoint, Snowflake, and Business Objects
. - Project Management certification or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Deep expertise in technology, networking, and application management.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder‑influencing skills; excellent listener.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that support decision‑making across technical and operational teams.
- Exceptional time management and financial/project budgeting skills.
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues and risks.
- Willingness and ability to travel, work onsite, and support after‑hours work as needed.
- IBM Project Manager Professional Certificate.
- Previous hands‑on experience in IT or Engineering roles.
- Formal training and experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and other project delivery methodologies.
- Experience with Maximo and Business Objects platforms.
