4C Resources is a family-owned company providing integrated industrial services across ten states, including energy services, equipment rental, emission monitoring, and safety technology. We're growing fast, with new branches and service lines coming online, and we need someone to keep our billing as dependable as our crews.

As our Accounts Receivable Clerk, you'll make sure every job gets ticketed, invoiced, and paid at every location. You'll be the link between our field supervisors and the office, turning field tickets into accurate invoices, keeping receivables current, and helping us build better systems as we grow. • Turn field tickets, timesheets, and job documentation into accurate invoices in Quick Books, including zero-dollar service tickets for customer records
• Build estimates and quotes, and convert accepted quotes into invoices
• Submit invoices through customer billing portals and match them to PO numbers
• Keep customer, rate, and job records up to date

• Post and apply customer payments daily
• Follow up on past-due accounts and resolve short pays and billing disputes
• Maintain AR aging reports and flag problem accounts early

• Serve as the main point of contact between field supervisors and the office for tickets and job details
• Track down missing or incomplete tickets before they delay billing
• Help create simpler forms, checklists, and deadlines for field paperwork

• Support month-end close with our outside bookkeeping firm so the books close by the 7th
• Run regular reports on billing, AR aging, and job status
• Help transition to Quick Books Enterprise as new branches launch, with each branch keeping its own file and AR
• Support our CRM rollout through data entry, new workflows, and helping staff adopt it

• 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or invoicing experience
• Experience with Quick Books (Online or Enterprise)
• Working knowledge of Excel (sorting, filters, lookups)
• Confidence calling and following up with field crews and customers
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Oilfield, energy, environmental, or industrial services billing experience (field tickets, POs, customer portals)
• Experience billing for multiple entities or locations
• Experience with a CRM or field service software

As we add branches, this role can grow into a Senior AR / Billing Specialist, Branch Accounting Lead, or Office Manager position based on performance and initiative.
