Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator provides clerical and administrative support to Fleet Managers and assists in coordinating all aspects of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Build and enter loads into the TMS accurately and timely.
• Review load information for accuracy, including customer, rate, pickup/delivery, equipment, and special requirements.
• Monitor workflow throughout the day and follow up on outstanding or incomplete items.
• Ensure load information and updates are communicated to the appropriate Fleet Manager.
• Review completed loads for required paperwork and information prior to billing.
• Assist with preparing loads for billing and resolving missing or incorrect documentation.
• Maintain and update operational spreadsheets, reports, and tracking documents.
• Enter and maintain information across various company websites and customer/vendor portals.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks supporting daily operations.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and communicate them to the appropriate team member.
• Provide backup support to the Operations team as needed.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date operational records.
