Job Title:
Compliance Coordinator

Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possibility of Extension)

Location:
Westlake, OH (Hybrid)

Pay rate: $21-22 per hour on w2, without benefits/holidays/vacation

• Complete administrative duties
• Respond to internal and external related inquiries and requests.
• Review that team members and managers timely complete all sections of mandatory Onboarding forms. Regularly communicates with site management to ensure completion.
• Utilizing HRIS systems, prepare reporting to identify potential compliance concerns.
• Work regularly in Excel for reporting.
• Communicate regularly with field managers via email, occasionally communicate via phone.
• Perform HRIS data entry and updates, occasionally.
• Assist with some compliance-related reporting.
• Review employment information inputted by field management for compliance and accuracy, occasionally.
• Perform special projects, as directed.
• Prepare letters, spreadsheets, reports and memos.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of one year working in a business/professional environment
• Experience working on Form I-9s/E-Verify
• High level of proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Human Resources functions is
• Ability to learn quickly
• Possess a high attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
