• Establish and communicate a clear product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer's mission and strategic goals
• Develop and prioritize a product roadmap based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality features tailored to diverse client needs
• Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder feedback
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decisions and optimize client experience

• 8+ years of experience in product management, particularly in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as ADO, JIRA, or Trello
• Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
• Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
