Rental Coordinator at Louisiana Cat
, a Caterpillar® dealer with over 90 years of experience providing high tivemos equipment and service in Louisiana. This role supports the Rental operations in Lake Charles by managing rental orders and customer relationships.
- Prepare contracts for equipment rentals and coordinate truck delivery and pickup.
- Prepare, submit and follow up on customer invoices.
- Maintain rental department databases and contribute to overall success.
- Monitor customer accounts and obtain account verification.
- Report rental damages to the Branch Manager and bill for damages.
- Promote positive customer service in line with Caterpillar and Louisiana Cat standards.
- Maintain good work habits and positively represent the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (highly preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (required).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, timely and professionally.
- Well‑developed communication and organisational skills (highly preferred).
- Proficiency in computers and related software (highly preferred).
- Shift: 7 am – 5 pm Monday–Friday; occasional on‑call weekends.
- Position requires physical movement as listed.
